Customer Service Level & Usage Agreement

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 2026 · Governing all cloud services provided by Decent Online.

1Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or utilizing Decent Inventory ERP ("Service") operated by Decent Online, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are registering on behalf of a company, proprietorship, or partnership, you warrant that you hold legitimate executive authority to bind the entity.

2Cloud Subscription & Billing

Decent Inventory offers trial plans, standard recurring subscription tiers, and multi-location licenses:

  • Free Trial: New organizations receive a 14-day full-feature trial. No credit card is required to initiate the trial.
  • Subscription Renewals: Subscriptions are billed on monthly or annual prepaid schedules. Automated renewal notifications are sent prior to expiration.
  • Plan Upgrades: Upgrading user caps, additional warehouse locations, or custom roles applies immediately with pro-rated billing adjustments.

3Customer Data Ownership

The subscriber retains full legal ownership of all catalog items, inventory balances, tax records, sales transactions, and customer details entered into the ERP. Decent Online acts strictly as a data processor and software custodian.

4Uptime SLA & Support Guarantee

We guarantee a 99.9% uptime SLA across our distributed cloud cluster, excluding scheduled maintenance. Technical assistance is provided via live ticket generation, email (support@decentonline.in), and phone/WhatsApp (+91 8875533197) from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM IST.

5Termination & Data Grace Period

You may terminate your account at any time. Following subscription termination, your data remains accessible in read-only / export mode for 45 calendar days to allow smooth migration to your local Excel backups, after which automated cloud storage pruning takes place.
